Our mission is to help you to feel recharged and restored; able to go about your day, your week with more clarity and feel better.
We offer wellbeing services, workshops and complementary therapies to people in Halton (Widnes and Runcorn in Cheshire) and surrounding areas.

April 2018
Funded by National Lottery to provide complementary therapy sessions for parents and carers of autistic children and young people
April 2019
Funded by Halton Borough Council Local Area Forum to provide complementary therapy sessions for women in Halton Castle Ward, Runcorn over 10 weeks
January 2020
FRT workshop in Meadowside School, Warrington which was funded by the school to teach the relaxation technique to 5 parents of children with special needs and mental health issues.
March 2020
Funded by Amazon to deliver FRT workshops, relaxation techniques and individual reflexology sessions at Halton Womens Centre

Recharge, Inspire, Restore – project funded by LCR Cares
To supply wellbeing packs including tools to support people struggling with stress and anxiety due to the coronavirus outbreak, online meditations and video demonstrations, with a catchup session after 6 weeks. Online sessions demonstrating stress resolving techniques available with these packs.

To supply wellbeing packs including tools to support people struggling with stress and anxiety due to the coronavirus outbreak, online meditations and video demonstrations, with a catchup session after 6 weeks. Online sessions demonstrating stress resolving techniques available with these packs.
July 2020 and Easter 2021
Halton Holiday Activity Fund funded by Edsential.
To supply wellbeing boxes to primary school children and their families during Summer 2020 and Easter 2021.
The boxes contained a variety of activities designed to help with mental and emotional wellbeing. Pack contents included:
- instructions and materials for a physical activity or game
- a craft project
- a relaxation exercise
- age appropriate reading book or story book to be read to your child
- an eye pillow to aid relaxation
- a weighted lap pad to aid relaxation
- instructions for a self help relaxation routine

To run wellbeing sessions at local venues in Halton
