Hello! I’m Eileen McDonagh
Recharge & Restore CIC
I’ve been a complimentary therapist for thirteen years and a beauty therapist for fifteen years. I am one of the founders of Recharge and Restore CIC.
I have worked in salons delivering beauty and complimentary therapies and work for other organisations delivering complimentary therapies.
Eight years ago I set up my own business, Bliss Therapy Frodsham, and have created my own peaceful haven at home for my clients.
l have volunteered for two years for Halton Haven hospice and the Delamere Centre, based at Halton Hospital. During this time I learned about the mental health aspect of people suffering with long term illness and the effects on their families.
I always listen and tailor treatments to suit my client’s individual needs.
Hello! I’m Angelita Woosnam
Recharge & Restore CIC
I’m a holistic practitioner, Reiki master/teacher and community worker based in Runcorn. With over 20 years’ therapeutic experience I bring everything I have learnt into my current work.
I organised monthly community wellbeing events to support holistic treatments and self-care amongst those in greatest need. I am passionate about addressing the effects of stress and trauma on the body and mind and empowering individuals to take ownership of their wellbeing and health.
Working with primary school children has given me insights in the issues facing our young people today and the mental health issues they are facing and current projects are aimed at giving them tools to empower and assist them going forward.
Our mission is to help you to feel recharged and restored; able to go about your day and your week with more clarity and feel better
